What A Deal, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to webmaster@whatadealwebstore.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.

What A Deal, Inc. does not sell, trade or rent your your personal information to others.


Store Policies
Most of the products we have in our store will be drop-shipped from various wearhouses in the country. Inventory is checked before an item is listed to insure it is in stock. In-stock inventories are checked on a regular basis to verify product availability. However if an item is not available at the time of purchase you will be notified via e-mail and given the option to leave your order open and have it shipped when the item is back in stock (usually within 2-3 weeks), or have your payment refunded.

Payments Accepted:
What A Deal Webstore has set up a very convenient and safe payment option with our  Merchant account. It is the most advance and reliable service for processing Visa and Mastercard . We do not accept checks of any kind at this time.

Shipping Policy
What A Deal Webstore ships only using United Parcel Service's (UPS) "Ground" shipping method at this time, therefore a street address must be provided to have your package delivered. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box address. At this time we only ship to the Continental United States.

Normal shipping is 2-3 business days after the order is received. You can expect your package to arrive within 10 days after shipping depending on your location. We will not be responsible for packages after they have been delivered and/or signed for. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a valid address to have the item shipped to, where it can be picked up by someone they trust or left at a safe location there. In an unlikely event your order is delayed, What A Deal Webstore will contact you immediately via e-mail or phone.

All items are packaged in corrugated container with top quality packaging materials to protect your merchandise while in transit. A tracking number as well as shipment details are available upon request, seventy-two (72) hours after order is placed.


Return Policy
What A Deal Webstore takes great pride in the quality of the products we offer. To insure quality is what you receive, great care is taken when packaging your merchandise.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt with the exception of Leather (10 days from receipt) and Jewelry (7 days from receipt) items. You will get an exchange (if available) or a refund of your purchase price minus shipping & handling and any restocking fee* if applicable. Your return claim will not be honored if requested/returned outside these given dates.

We are not responsible for the shipping and handling charges accrued for returning mrechandise. We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to the buyer if an incorrect, defective or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

How to return an Item:
Repack the item in the original packing materials and box and e-mail us at webmaster@whatadealwebstore.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This RAN needs to be written clearly on the outside of the return package. A Return Address Shipping label will be mailed to you and the package then needs to be returned immediately to the address on that Return Address Shipment Label. Once the returned merchandise has been received and processed, we will immediately issue a refund for the purchase price minus shipping & handling and any restocking fee* if applicable, or send a replacement in a timely manner.

Note: To make sure that all returns receive proper credit once received, we recommend that all customers ship all returns using either UPS or USPS Mail. In addition, it is recommended customers ship their returns with a confirmation of receipt. Please contact your local carrier for more information on ‘Signature Required’ or ‘Delivery Confirmation’ shipments.

*A restocking fee will apply to those returns that are not incorrect, defective, or damaged. This fee ranges from 0% - 20% of the cost of the item, but will depend primarily on the item being returned. If a restocking fee applies, this information will be included in the e-mail containing your Return Authorization Number.

Important Notes:
  • All claims must be filed/returned within thirty days (ten days for leather items, seven days for jewelry).
  • What A Deal Webstore reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual based on precious claims filed.
  • All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping their merchandise.
  • All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
  • We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
